Nothing special during this week here either. Mostly I’ve just been growing out my beard. And been a bit ill – fever, cold, coughing – things like that. Nothing that a few shots of whisky wouldn’t take care of.
The jeans’re starting to look good though, at least when compared to last week. Still no tearing but the prior fading is getting stronger. Soon there might even be some whiskering.
Another pair of woolen socks and a little demonstrated wear on the cuffs there. Plus Fallout Boy says “hi”.
I’ve got loads of these snapshots of the jeans, but maybe I should really get one of these bigger “gear” shots. I need a a fellow photographer to take those shots though. Which means I’ll keep you guys waiting in suspense for a while still.
Here’s the Omega for Rob. Its from around the 50s with a 37 mm dial. It had been rusted through and through for a couple of decades before I had it fixed. I still left the dial uncleaned though. Maybe not the most impressive dress watch right now, but I’d rather have it show its history. I have a leather strap which I switch on for official events and such, but normally I keep this NATO strap on. Very comfortable, as the nylon warms the back of my wrist against the steel base of the watch.
This is why I need the warming. Not that much to LOL about really.
Very nice Tuomas! I am somewhat missing my Copper Label jeans. Sad really considering I have a dynamite pair of jeans I am wearing every damn day. I guess it’s the fact that I wore the jeans for 14 consecutive months. But I’m sure Hulk will wear in nicely soon enough, then I have nothing to bitch about!

LOL at the LOL snow car picture… ah the Finnish Winter. I still remember the story of the car that got dumped into the sea or something because the small car was so covered in snow the snowplows or truck did not realize that among all that snow there was a small car.

Yeah Tim, seems that these babies are moving ahead fast forward. But Copper Label has awesome fading qualities, can argue with that. Very nice Tuomas!
