The past two weeks have been like riding a really fast motor vehicle without proper controls. Let’s just say 7am – 9pm has been the thing of the day. The funny thing is, I have really enjoyed the fast paced life. Welcome to Asia I might say. Thanks to the hectic schedules this post is courtesy of my iPhone.
Every morning is something like this. Watch the sun rise (or set) above Kuala Lumpur.

But as soon as you get on with the day’s activities the day turns into night. And you take on the late evening traffic jams. To be frank, if you wait long enough there won’t be any jams, but then it’s 10 pm already.

Play hard, party hard. Although I’m no Charlie Sheen (still #winning though), I do like to go out and have a dinner with friends. Sometimes the atmosphere and menu might fool you, this particular piece of chicken cost me like 40 bucks and well, I am pretty sure I can cook better chicken piece myself. But it was a fun night, so we call this collateral damage.

Maxwell likes to go out. Probably more than daddy does. The boy likes to see new people and to check out girls. No joke, the little charmer has quite a reputation already. Still it’s all about quality time with the family. Maxwell’s still mommy’s and daddy’s little champion.

So what about the jeans. This week I will draw attention to one of my favorite features in Momotaro Jeans, the roping.
The roping really gets good after few soakings and washings and not sure why but I really like the roping effect of the jeans. It’s all about the right tools, workmanship and denim of course. But an essential part of Vintage Denim for sure.

Another observation this week is the increasing wearing of the fly. The seam of the fly or the top, how you may call it is fading fast. You can see the creasing around the front of the jeans in the picture as well. No button fades though. At least not yet.

This week, for one reason or another the jeans feel a lot softer and pretty damn nice. I also noticed the front has faded a lot in comparison to the original dark blue, although the jeans are still far from my previous project. Maybe I should post a comparative pic next week. Let’s see. Now it’s time to catch some shuteye. The alarm will ring in 6 hours. Peace.

that’s how we live in Asia, everywhere is traffic. the only thing that i can enjoy is the good food!!! Maxwell seems to enjoy his time there esp when the girls are around him
and nice to see the 2 months progress, more and more fades are coming…
Yeah, hectic life with good food and so much to do. Maxwell truly enjoys the environment as well. Haha especially the girls around him.
Heading to Singapore tomorrow. Another trip, another hectic day ahead.
ohhh noo…. more food pics are coming…. and more girls for lill champion (hopefully the mosquito bite’s already gone too)
have a fun trip tomorrow
The trip was good and now Siew Fu got two mosquito bites on his forehead, one next to the other. But young champ is happy lil boy. Not complaining at all. I posted one of his latest videos on FB. Might have to Youtube that too.
